What do you do when you have four birthdays in two weeks? You make homemade Drake-inspired birthday cards, obviously.
Halloween is approaching so fast that it’s scary, so I’m going to throw it way back to a Halloween post that I featured one of my old blogs. I created six different DIY costumes that you can create using items that you likely already own, minus a couple of pieces here and there. On the menu: a sexy leopard, a hip mime and a glam ringleader!
Thanks to generous donations from family members, a couple of trips to the hardware store and some great thrift shop finds, my apartment is completely furnished (until I decide to change it all around on my bf, of course).

I finished a DIY project! I repeat: I FINISHED A DIY PROJECT. (And it feels so good). I’ve had my eye on this one for a while… since I picked up those boring and plain wooden spoons, to be exact. Last December, my boyfriend and I had to say goodbye to each other for the first time in over a year and start our LDR. I was moving to Toronto and he was staying in Montreal for school. I wanted to do a small little something for him to make the whole thing suck a little bit less. Over to Pinterest I went and I found this cute “Open When…” envelope idea. They are simply a collection of letters for him to open during certain occasions while we’re apart.
